Our in-depth experience and strict attention to detail ensure that our customers' projects forge ahead on schedule and come to completion on budget. Our industry-leading expertise enables us to monitor activities on the most complex projects and shutdowns.

A dedicated team for every client

Once we reach an agreement with a customer, we assign a dedicated project team. Complete authority including all communications and decision-making is handed over to the project manager to ensure the team delivers on every requirement. Detailed planning, constructibility review, scheduling, evaluation of tools, materials, equipment and manpower requirements are identified for each project and entered into our state-of-the-art computer systems.

At this point, construction begins. Supervisory, technical and support staff are brought together under the project management team's detailed execution plan. With all field work continuously evaluated by the project management team, our quality control and inspection personnel ensure that all aspects of the project requirements are adhered to. They will perform final quality assurance and compile a history DOCTET before turning the project over to the customer.

Laframboise Group Metal Trades Division has the production facilities, expertise and state-of-the-art equipment to design, manufacture and field install or erect pressure vessels and storage tanks of numerous varieties such as Mixing and Blending Vessels, Spray Condensers, Chemical Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Evaporators, Fuel Storage and General Process Storage Tanks, regardless of their size and nature. We are able to provide products in alloys such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Inconel and Titanium.


With over 183,000 square feet of dedicated fabrication floor space with a CNC plasma table 10 feet wide by 40 feet in length, cranes ranging from of 75-20 tons and up to 47 feet under the hook, there is no vessel or storage tank we cannot handle. If shipping is a concern, we have full access to a major waterway from our impressive dock and landing area.


Laframboise Groups’ highly proficient trades personnel, certifications, procedures and quality control guidelines ensure that the appropriate codes and standards are adhered to such specifications as ASME Code Section VIII Division 1, ASME Code Section I, ASME B31.1, CSA B51, CAN 3 Z299.3, CAN 3 Z299.4 and CWB W47.1. We hold both ASME “U and R” Stamp Certifications.

Field-Erected Storage Tanks

Laframboise has the facilities, equipment and methods to design, fabricate and field-erect steel-plate storage tanks in accordance with API 620, 650 & 653 standards and certifications as well as customer specified design criteria.


Whether you require a 3 million gallon Arctic Diesel Storage Tank or a 700 thousand gallon Fire Water Storage Tank, our field-erection personnel have the experience and procedures to build storage tanks in all climates from various metal types, including but not limited to aluminium, carbon steel, duplex stainless steel, hastelloy, inconel and stainless steel.
