A dedicated team for every client

Once we reach an agreement with a customer, we assign a dedicated project team. Complete authority including all communications and decision-making is handed over to the project manager to ensure the team delivers on every requirement. Detailed planning, constructibility review, scheduling, evaluation of tools, materials, equipment and manpower requirements are identified for each project and entered into our state-of-the-art computer systems.

At this point, construction begins. Supervisory, technical and support staff are brought together under the project management team's detailed execution plan. With all field work continuously evaluated by the project management team, our quality control and inspection personnel ensure that all aspects of the project requirements are adhered to. They will perform final quality assurance and compile a history DOCTET before turning the project over to the customer.

Services include comprehensive detailed design for civil work, structural steel, mechanical, piping, sheet metal, electrical and instrumentation services. Our team has the knowledge and ability to design and deliver a project from a simple layout and flow sheet. Throughout the process, we work hand in hand with our partners and clients.

Procurement

Our highly resourceful procurement staff have unique experience and widespread contacts throughout the industry. On every project, they procure equipment and materials recognizing that the quality, delivery and value of each item shall be maintained over the course of the project.

Construction

Laframboise provides in-house construction expertise for tank and pressure vessel fabrication and installation, structural steel fabrication and installation, mechanical equipment installation, pipe fabrication and installation, sheet metal fabrication and installation, and electrical and instrumentation installation. Laframboise also maintains established working relationships with excavation, piling, concrete forming and pouring, masonry, roofing, siding and finishing contractors. Our vast experience and extensive relationships enable us to manage the quality, schedule and cost of all projects down to the smallest detail.
